Service Description

Enjoy the whole space to yourself — no frills, just fun! Looking for a private place to play, gather, or connect? Our 2-hour private rental gives you exclusive access to our entire space. It’s perfect for meetups, playgroups, or low-key celebrations. No decorations or setup included — just the freedom to enjoy the space your way.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your party date and time. The remaining balance is due at the start of your event time on the day of your party. 2. Guest Count: The Basic and Classic Party Package includes up to 10 children with each additional child being $15 each. The Premium Party Package includes up to 15 children with each additional child being $20 each. Please provide a final guest count before the party. 3. Setup & Cleanup: You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the party for setup. Cleanup will begin promptly at the end of your booked time. To ensure all parties run smoothly, a $50 fee will be applied if the party goes more than 15 minutes past the scheduled end time. 4. Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks are welcome (except alcohol), but please ensure they remain in the designated areas. 5. Supervision: Adults must supervise their children at all times during the party. NO DROP OFFS! 6. Safety Rules: All guests must adhere to our play floor rules, including wearing socks (adults) or going barefoot/socks with grips (kids). 7. Cancellations: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows & cancellations within 72 hours of the party start time will be charged a 20% cancellation fee in addition to the original deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the party start time will be considered a cancellation and is subject to the same 20% cancellation fee. 8. Decorations: You’re welcome to bring extra decorations! Please ensure they are safe, easy to remove, and do not include confetti, glitter, or open flames. Be careful when hanging items to avoid any damage to paint or property. 9. Damages: The host is fully responsible for any damage caused by their guests to Tiny Beans’ property or equipment. A minimum repair or replacement fee of $50 will be charged for any damages incurred. 10. Have Fun! - Let’s make it a day to remember!
