We offer flexible booking for your convenience! You can cancel or reschedule your play session at any time prior to the start of your scheduled session with no fees or charges. However, we kindly ask that you be mindful of others who may be waiting for a spot. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other families. No refunds will be issued after the start of your scheduled play session. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you and your little ones soon! 🌟
